How are shipping costs calculated?

  • We are able to extend FREE SHIPPING to all UK customers for orders over £25

  • All orders over £25 will be sent free within the UK either by Royal Mail or on a standard 2-3 day courier service. All orders under £25 or less will be sent at a standard charge of £3.50 Royal Mail or on a 2-3 day courier service, using the best available option of courier.
  • We are able to send abroad but will need to add postage for this. International orders carry a specific carriage charge dependent on the country. We would advise international customers to email us and we will arrange a postal delivery quote for you and the amount charged will reflect the exact cost for the weight of the parcel.

  • Please note that artwork sent outside of the UK may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. The buyer is liable for these duties should they occur

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

  • Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to and we will get back to you as soon as we can.


How long does shipping usually take?

  • Shipping within the UK usually takes 5-7 days.
    Shipping outside of the UK to America or Australia takes three to four weeks.

  • Processing and Shipping of Giclee prints takes two to three weeks as these are printed to order by a specialist printer.

  • For Framed Prints please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Framed prints are posted out well protected using the best available option of courier.
    If you require urgent delivery of a framed print, please email with your order, delivery address and the requested delivery date. If we are able to meet the request, we will aim to do so.
    If you cannot be available to accept a parcel during working hours, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel can safely be left. 
  • Some orders will take longer depending on cultural events (during holidays postal carriers usually see a significant influx of orders needing to be processed and therefore shipping times are affected) and region (often orders to rural areas will take longer than those to metropolitan areas).


I put in the wrong address, can I have a refund?

  • Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses.

  • Please check your address when placing your order and you can double check before hitting your order confirmation.

  • If you realise that you've entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP and we will do our best to rectify the error if we can.


I have booked a workshop and find I can no longer attend, can I have a refund ?

  • Workshop venue hire and materials are paid for in advance, based on enough numbers for the course to run.

  • Cancellations made up to two weeks before the course date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellation refund requests less than the two weeks before the course date cannot be automatically refunded.


We are pleased to accept online order transactions via our secure server.
All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods in line with the terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by Storehouse Studio.

No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted the order.

If there are any amendments to be made to the order please ensure these are made to us by email within 24 hours of placing the order.

If we have not been contacted within the 24 hour period we shall assume that all the details are correct.

Pricing & payment

The total purchase price, including VAT, delivery and other charges if any, will be displayed in the shopping basket prior to confirming your order. When your order is received we shall confirm by email your order details. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability to makes sure that they are accurate at the time of going online. Storehouse Studio reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery times

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver your order.
Please note that all orders (other than samples) will need to be signed for by the recipient.

If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a calling card. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any damages.

Cancellation and returns

We're confident that you'll be happy with the quality of your purchase but in the event that you're not, we'll always work very hard to resolve any problems.

We inspect very thoroughly all bespoke products leaving our print studio and are confident that you will receive excellently made goods.

You may cancel a contract to purchase a product or products from us at anytime within 14 working days after the day you received the order. Please email us at to give us written notice and instructions for the safe return of the unwanted items. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days and in their original condition and packaging. Items received later than this will only be accepted for return at our discretion and if accepted will be refunded as a credit note only. Please note that goods being sent back to are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.
