Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PAYMENT

We accept payment from the following: Visa; Visa Delta / Electron; MasterCard; Maestro, and American Express. Your card must be registered to a UK, Republic Of Ireland or mainland European billing address to pass our security checks.

If you purchase Storehouse Studio goods online from the UK you will be charged in Sterling (£), if purchasing from the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe then you will be charged in Euros (€).

We use Shopify Payments, a payment service provider, to process any credit/debit transactions you may make on our behalf. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your payment transaction details. You are responsible for ensuring the email address and other contact details you provide to us are correct.

We will not be responsible if you do not receive the Dispatch Note, email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication failure outside our control.

PRICES

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email. This should be kept in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@storehousestudio.co and we will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

COLOUR AND DIMENSIONS

We make every effort to ensure that our photography is a close representation of the original product. Please note however, that the colour and scale may vary slightly from the originals.
